Qualifications to get SBA loan as franchise startups
After the approval of the franchisee, you have to fulfill some eligibility criteria. Most of the applicants need to have knowledge of industry and business management. A 504 loan is the right choice for buying heavy machinery, refurbishment items, and construction equipment. The standard loan term for a 504 loan can range from 10 to 20 years.
